Another U2 connection, I met Aaron a good few times, he was always in good form, and we had a lot in common, as we both did some work with atu2.com. He more or less singlehandedly organised a big U240 celebration in Dublin in September 2016, i introduced him onstage at the Grand Social, a great night, including interviews by Aaron, of some special guests, and many fans came from al over Europe & beyond. Aaron had an encyclopedic knowledge of anything to do with U2, and saw them live very early on, always great to chat with about this and that, regarding U2. Met him at various U2 gigs, mainly in Dublin, on the last few tours, always had a good time. More recently, I met Aaron and Amanda last year, when they visited Ireland. He was in good spirits. A real pleasure knowing you Aaron, my thoughts, are with Amanda and the rest of the recently extended family
